Bi-Weekly and Weekly Coaching Sessions

Every week or every other—your choice—we’ll meet for an hour on Zoom or by phone. These sessions will include direct and expert coaching with intentional support to help C-Suite leaders, founders, senior executives, and other high achievers experience deeper, more lasting shifts.

Our sessions will always begin with a guided practice to get present and close with a facilitated, reflective exercise. Our work will always be rooted in our three primary centers of intelligence—Cognitive Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Body Intelligence (BQ).

You will leave with resources, methods, and exercises to work on between our time together—deepening the practice and growth on your own.

3- and 6-Month Engagements

The transformation you’re seeking requires a time commitment of three months or more. Choose from a 3- or 6-month engagement that fits your life, needs, and schedule.

This provides us enough time to audit, analyze, plan, and reflect without rushing through the more profound, important aspects of what you’re ready to transform.

On-Call Support

Should you want or need additional support between sessions, you will have on-call access to me. Whether you want quick-hit feedback on a time-sensitive situation or to brainstorm a creative solution to a complex problem, I’ll be there. I work with a select clientele that enables me to be available as needed.

The time between will be spent discussing what’s going on in your life or business and working through different methods and strategies to begin uncovering and creating your new reality. Each session is completely customized to your needs—meaning no two sessions will look or sound the same. However, you can always count on physical movement, honest examination, and vulnerable conversation.

I am not your traditional executive coach, and this is not your traditional executive space. This is a high-octane experience. While my professional background spans from global financial institutions to start-ups, my work is largely informed by the field of Consciousness Studies, Somatic Experiencing, Neuroscience, and personal practice.
