When you pair that with a multitude of personal experiences—navigating motherhood as a single mom, surviving and then repairing a volatile relationship, operating multiple businesses with my husband, leading a large and unusually diverse spiritual community—you get someone uniquely positioned to help people navigate the nuances of today’s challenging world.

No. This is a highly-selective group of high-performers devoted to their leadership evolution. Because these groups are kept small, we are incredibly intentional about participants. After applying, we will review your application and email you about our decision and your next steps.

This is a high-level, immersive experience designed for leaders who are fully committed to their evolution. This is not a passive program. It requires presence, engagement, and a willingness to be coached, challenged, and stretched beyond your current way of being.

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Prioritize attendance for all sessions – Monthly group meetings are foundational to this work. To maintain group integrity, participants are expected to attend all sessions in full. Two excused absences are permitted in extreme circumstances.
  • Attend two in person deep dive group sessions in Chicago – The depth of this experience is built through trust and connection. These in person gatherings are required, as they provide the immersive environment needed for lasting transformation.
  • Engage fully in group discussions and exercises – This is not a lecture series. You are expected to show up ready to participate, share openly, and support your fellow participants.
  • Maintain confidentiality – This is a sacred space for deep personal and professional work. What is shared within the circle stays within the circle. Meetings are not recorded for this reason.
  • Meet regularly with a learning partner – You’ll be paired with another participant for weekly 30-minute check-ins to integrate insights and stay accountable.
  • Commit to personal reflection and practice – Expect to dedicate at least 1-2 hours per week outside of meetings to self-inquiry, reflection, and practice.
  • Be willing to challenge old patterns and expand into a new way of leading – This experience requires a whole-body yes to being coached, stretched, and held accountable in a way that fosters true transformation.
  • Nine months of immersive leadership development
  • Monthly 3-hour group Zoom sessions
  • Two in-person, day-long deep dives in Chicago
  • Weekly 30-minute calls with your learning partner
  • 1-2 hours per week of personal integration and reflection
  • Weekly contribution to community Slack channel
We need a good chunk of time to move through enough of your life and practice the principles you’ll learn. Nine months seems to be the sweet spot for this type of transformation—allowing plenty of time to evaluate, reflect, practice, and implement.
While 3 hours may feel like a long time, these sessions will fly by quickly. You’ll have just the right amount of time to create meaningful connections among the group without feeling rushed. You will also dig into the Lola Wright framework. We are not looking for short-term results, we are looking to develop long-term changes (aka a shift in consciousness). Think of this as time you block out as an investment in yourself. Enough of your life is quick hit. This isn’t that—on purpose.

Yes, and you will be glad you made it. The potency of this group is generated by the intimacy established among participants. This concentrated time enables the group to develop a sense of trust that will support our work. So much of our lives occurs like a drive-through experience. The integration of our work together is supported by time together.

This experience is most powerful when you commit fully to the journey. If an emergency arises, you may miss up to two sessions, but you are expected to stay engaged, check in with your learning partner, and integrate the work.

The in person deep dives cannot be missed as they are foundational to the experience.

Sessions will be recorded for the benefit of AI notetaking and shared only with the participants in your cohort. This is a high-profile group of human beings exploring confidential and private matters, both personally and professionally. To protect the integrity and trust in this sacred space, we require confidentiality from all participants.
