A few weeks ago, I was on a call with a longtime client—let’s call her Angela.

She is powerful. She’s the kind of person others look up to. A force in her industry. Strategic, accomplished, undeniably brilliant. She’s built a life that most would envy, checking every box of outward success—wealth, influence, recognition.

But all of that seemed irrelevant in that moment.

“I don’t feel like myself anymore,” she admitted. “From the outside, everything is fine, mostly…business is good, my relationship is, well, okay…there’s just so much happening on the planet, and my to-do list is never-ending. Honestly, I’m exhausted. Some days I just don’t know what I’m doing it all for anymore.”

Her words landed with weight, not because they were shocking, but because they were familiar.

Angela had become a human doing. She’d lost touch with her own sense of being.

And I see this everywhere.

The Pressure to Keep Up Is Real—But So Is Something Deeper

The pressure to keep up is relentless. Expectations are never ending, and frankly, unrealistic. We live in a time that glorifies efficiency, wealth accumulation, and status over fulfillment—where the conversation is always about more—more optimization, more scale, more speed.

And yet, despite all this acceleration, overwhelm is everywhere. The headlines are exhausting. The pace of change is staggering. If you’re paying attention, it’s easy to feel like things are falling apart.

I want to offer another perspective. A perspective that I invite you to keep viewing the world from.

We are at a threshold—not of collapse, but of transformation.

When everything feels uncertain, there is power in remembering that something greater is unfolding.

Fear will tell you to double down on control, on optimization, on figuring it out.

But what if the key to navigating uncertainty isn’t found in overthinking—what if it’s in expanding what we trust, like the intelligence of your whole body, not just your big brain?

Whole body intelligence requires that you go beyond your thinking mind and engage your feelings and your body. This is the path of powerful and purposeful leadership.

Whole body intelligence isn’t just something to practice when everything is calm. It’s not some short term hack that you access through meditation.

Whole body intelligence is dynamic and it’s right now.

What if it’s actually the most sophisticated operating system we’ve got? And the less you lean on it the harder it can be to feel, sense, and access.

Beyond Either/Or Thinking

We’ve been operating under a manufactured divide:

  • Productivity vs. purpose
  • Drive vs. heart
  • Strategy vs. soul

It’s as if we’ve been forced to choose between results and well-being. We push forward at all costs or weirdly believe that if we slow down we’ll lose our edge. We’re taught that intelligence is about logic and risk management. We believe that progress requires control, that success means overriding the deeper signals within us. That kind of “intelligence” is often rooted in fear and it has you at a severe disadvantage.

Whole body intelligence is multi-dimensional and it is the most unique and intimate gift you possess.

AI is showing us that intelligence isn’t just about information processing. We are seeing artificial intelligence take over more and more cognitive tasks—analyzing data, optimizing decisions, even mimicking creativity. AI is advancing faster than most people expected.

But here’s what AI cannot do:

  • Feel the energy in a room
  • Sense what’s unspoken
  • Know what matters most beyond what can be measured

And as AI takes on more of our cognitive workload, our edge isn’t in thinking faster—it’s in tapping into something completely different.

We are living in a time where you must reclaim your true intelligence—body, mind, heart, and intuition.

The Power of Whole Body Intelligence

For too long, we’ve been taught to value intellect above all else—as if strategy, analysis, and data are the only forms of intelligence worth trusting.

But here’s what I know to be true:

Body Intelligence (BQ)

Your body knows things before your mind does.

  • That gut feeling? It’s data.
  • That tension? It’s a message.
  • That pull toward something new? It’s guidance.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Your feelings are a form of intelligence.

  • Your emotions are feedback, not distractions.
  • Your relationships aren’t secondary to success—they fuel it.
  • Your heart holds wisdom that your mind alone cannot access.

Cognitive Intelligence (IQ)

Yes, your brilliant mind matters. But it works better when it’s not trying to do everything alone.

  • The mind is a powerful tool, but it was never meant to lead without the heart.
  • When you integrate all forms of intelligence, you don’t just perform—you create at an entirely different level.

Try This: A New Way to Navigate Uncertainty

Before you move on with your day, experiment with this:

Think of a decision you’re currently facing. Instead of just analyzing it, engage your full intelligence:

  1. Pause. Take three deep breaths.
  2. Ask yourself:
    – What does my body know about this situation?
    – What is my heart sensing?
    – What insights does my mind offer?
    – How might AI inform or support my choice?
    – What do I know that a computer can never tell me?
  3. Notice: Which of these do you trust most? Which do you tend to dismiss?

The Leaders of the Future Trust Themselves

In a world that often reduces intuition to “just vibes,” I want to remind you of this:

Your deep knowing is not a vague feeling. It’s real intelligence—the intelligence of your being, your soul, your full capacity.

The future won’t belong to those who simply outthink, outwork, or outrun the changes happening around us.

It will belong to those who know how to integrate all forms of intelligence—artificial and human, cognitive and emotional, strategic and intuitive.

This isn’t about keeping up. It’s about evolving differently.

So, the question is no longer: How do we survive this change?

The question is: What becomes possible when we trust the intelligence of our whole body and being?
