What’s Wanting To Come Through You

Welcome to a new way of living and a new way of leading. I have been waiting for you to say YES to the big idea of life as you.

This is your moment. This is your year. This is your time.

How do I know that? Because at any given moment you get to choose, and if you’re reading these words, you are ready to choose expansion, growth, and awareness. You are ready to transform your relationship to the human experience and go beyond cynicism, doubt, resignation, and settling.

You are here to live a big life and create new paradigms for what transformational leadership looks and FEELS like on the planet.

There has never been a better time to say yes to your influence than right now.

I am thrilled you are here with me in this conversation ready to take on “what’s wanting to come through you.”

Here’s what there is to know:

1. You do not exist within a random or chaotic universe.
2. This is a highly organized reality—order is the first law of the universe.
3. The more you trust life and the more you trust yourself, the easier the whole thing gets.

You are exactly where you need to be in this now moment even if that is painful, uncomfortable, and nowhere close to where you think you should be.

The first question I invite you to commit to is: How is this for me?

The second is: What is mine to do?

Something is wanting to come through you. Uniquely. Purposefully. Brilliantly.

No matter the circumstances, conditions, pressures, or demands that you are experiencing, you are in a laboratory called life and it is forming you, developing you, expanding you—when you forget that, you are in a state of resistance.

If you’re choosing resistance just get that you’re slowing down your momentum. That might be necessary for you to learn some tough lessons but I promise you, there is an easier way.

This is your time to grow, which means letting go of resistance and allowing vision to lead your life. You are here for vision.

1. The faculty or state of being able to see.
2. The ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom.
3. A mental image of what the future will or could be like.
4. A vivid mental image, especially a fanciful one of the future.

Here is what I know for sure, there is a vision of and for your life. It is unique to you. No one can do this life the way you can do this life. And your unique contribution is essential.

As you enter a new season, calendar year, project, partnership, or business venture, consider that something is wanting to come through you and it is your responsibility to learn to listen.

You must have eyes to see and ears to hear what is not yet showing up in the manifest world. That is transformational leadership.

Transformational leaders have vision. I don’t mean that in the corporate sense. I mean that in the quantum sense. I am asking you to tap into something greater this year.

You often hear me talk about Whole Body Intelligence and Whole Body Awareness. These are two distinctions to understand the value of listening beyond the thinking mind, logic, reasoning, or your IQ. In order to be an impactful and effective presence that serves as a transformational leader you must relax into the notion that life and the results you produce are most potent when tapping into a field of infinite possibilities and not only resting on your muscle.
